Our History
St. Joseph Catholic Parish was established in 1992 to serve the growing Catholic community in Vacaville. Father Vincent O’Reilly was appointed as the founding pastor and led the parish until his retirement in 2007. Under his leadership, a large parish center was built, and a permanent church was erected and dedicated in 2004.
Today, St. Joseph Parish continues to thrive, offering a range of ministries, faith formation programs, and community events that reflect our commitment to living out the Gospel.
Becoming Part of Our Community
A great way to begin your journey with us is by registering as a parishioner. You can do this by completing our online New Parishioner Registration Form. Once we receive your information, someone from our parish team will reach out to personally welcome you, answer any questions, and help you connect with parish ministries and events.
As a registered parishioner, you’ll also receive parish updates, event invitations, and opportunities to get involved.
We also invite you to support the mission of St. Joseph Parish through Online Giving. If you prefer, we can provide traditional giving envelopes just contact our Parish office —simply indicate your preference on the registration form.
